We are fully integrated with our sister practice South Pointe Chiropractic, which specializes in non-medication pain relief. The subset of specialties allows our providers to truly find and Eliminate the root causes of our patients pain.

If you are a new patient with us you must complete the New Patient Intake form before your appointment.
This can be done in person 15 minutes before your appointment time, or it can be completed digitally on our website.
We are open Monday – Friday from 9am – 5pm.
Prices of services vary, please call (303) 665-8444 for specifics.
Immigration Physicals start at $250, plus the additional cost of the vaccines. This additional cost of vaccines is based off which ones are required. We do not bill insurance for immigration exams and vaccinations, however an itemized receipt would be available for patients to submit to their insurance company for reimbursement, if their insurance is able to do so.
Flu shots are on order and we expect to receive them in early October.
We require an office visit with an influenza vaccine. Patients are responsible for their co-pay, and any portion of the visit and vaccination that their insurance does not cover.
We accept most major insurance carriers, please check with your insurance representative to ensure eligibility and network coverage.
We consider your time just as important as ours, so we do our best to schedule patients appropriately. Please provide 24 business hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment.
You will be charged $50 for a late or no show appointment.
Unfortunately no, patients must be seen by a provider, and have the specific lab order requested in order to have their blood drawn.
